Did we arrive during the expected delivery window?
Unless your delivery was a "basic" drop (such as from home depot) you should have received a pre-call when the drivers were on their way.
Places of purchase often make promises but then only pay for a minimum of delivery services. With this in mind please rate whether or not Dash performed the services as expected
Keep in mind, they work hard and the packaging is dirty. By the end of the day it is pretty clear they have worked hard.
